I grew upwards in the tire business concern. My parents built our company over the last thirty years. I've accumulated a lot of noesis about tires and more importantly, what tires are best for certain applications. Too much time is spent focusing on price, mileage, fuel economy or other stats that don't necessarily give the full impression of what is right for you.

A client recently sent me an e-mail virtually the service he received from Matt Morse our Montpelier location. With his permission I am reposting it here.

Mark and family,

I'm writing to permit you know how much I've appreciated Matt Morse's work with a problem with my tires that has been very problematic for me and that Matt's approach and willingness to aid has made all the difference.

I've been a client of VT Tire and Service for years and had many of my family unit'due south vehicles in your shop. Normally, information technology's just a simple thing of purchasing bang-up tires, having them installed and that's it.

This one starts with my fault.  I purchased a set up of tires from Simple Tire (never once more!).  Some other shop installed them but, afterward two times trying to balance the tires, they were not correct.  I appealed to Matt for help and he graciously made an appointment and had the tires balanced.  Once again, they were non right and after a 2d attempt with no success Matt identified that the tires were the problem and we should await into a warranty replacement.  I contacted Elementary Tire (twice by eastward-mail and once by a return form) who finally said I should contact the manufacturer (no aid at all).

I contacted Nokian who immediately contacted Matt and, together, they arranged for a replacement.  Matt made that transaction shine equally silk.  I drove away a happy homo.  Yesterday I felt a shake in the steering wheel and a funny vibration.  Over again, Matt said, "bring her in."  I did and early on this morning everything seems to be working as it should.

I wanted you to know that I really capeesh how Matt and all the technicians at VT Tire and Service worked hard with this difficult situation to actually helped me out.  What looked similar a situation where I'd save a few bucks concluded in a whole lot of work and I would have saved more money had I just come to y'all first.  You lot can count on seeing me and my family's vehicles when it's time for new tires.

Nigh chiefly, Matt deserves some special recognition for going to a higher place and beyond in a totally professional and ultimately helpful manner.
